Minister of Foreign Affairs
Graduated in civil engineering from the University of Conakry then in business administration from the City University of New York, he held several positions at the United Nations from the 1990s. From 2004 to 2007, he was political advisor to the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for the border dispute between Ethiopia and Eritrea and head of the Regional Office of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).
In 2011, he became permanent representative of Guinea to the United Nations. On the 22 August 2017, he was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the republic of Guinea.
